Temporary Outbound Mail Delays

Please be aware that the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission is currently experiencing an operational issue affecting the processing of outbound mail.

As a result, some Commission correspondence, including certain time-sensitive documents, may be temporarily delayed. The Commission is actively working to restore normal operations as quickly as possible and minimize the impact to stakeholders.

No action is required at this time.
